At Birrenco, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your sweatshirt as much as we loved making it. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All tags are still attached.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.

Items that are washed, damaged, or visibly worn will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized sweatshirts

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

2. Contact your payment provider – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
