Shipping Information
4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Birrenco ships only within the United States.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?
  • Production Time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
6. What is the shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 across the U.S. regardless of order size.

Returns & Exchanges
7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Read our full Returns Policy for details.

8. Can I exchange an item?

Yes! You can request an exchange within 12 hours of ordering by contacting us at [email protected]. After 12 hours, production begins and changes cannot be made.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we begin production and changes are no longer possible.
