3. Claim Review Process

Once we receive a complete and valid IP claim:

• We will investigate the matter promptly, usually within 7-10 business days.
• If we confirm a violation, we will take appropriate action, which may include:
  • Removal of the infringing content
  • Suspension of a product listing
  • Notification to the content uploader (if applicable)
• If we do not find sufficient evidence of infringement, the content will remain unchanged.

We will notify you of the outcome once the review is complete.

4. False or Misleading Claims

Submitting false or misleading intellectual property claims is strictly prohibited and may result in legal liability. Misuse of this reporting process may also lead to a ban from using Birrenco’s platform.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure
