Order Cancellation Window
All of our products are custom-made and go into production shortly after your order is placed. To ensure efficient handling:
- You may cancel or make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- After 12 hours, your order will be in production and can no longer be canceled, modified, or exchanged.
We encourage all customers to double-check their order details (size, color, shipping info) before finalizing a purchase.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel or request a change to your order:
- Contact our support team as soon as possible via email at [email protected].
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation or change.
- Our team will confirm whether your request falls within the 12-hour window.
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours or sooner.
Orders Beyond the 12-Hour Window
After the 12-hour grace period, your item(s) will be in production. Since every item is custom-printed and made-to-order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders at this stage. This policy helps us maintain efficient workflows and ensure timely delivery to all customers.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. While we cannot cancel post-production orders, we’ll be happy to assist with replacements or refunds in line with our Returns Policy.
Final Sale Items
Some discounted or clearance items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
