Shipping Carriers

Order Processing Time

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Payment Confirmation: Orders begin processing once payment is successfully received.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and high-demand seasons.

Order Tracking

• After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• Within 1 – 2 business days of processing, a tracking notification will follow.
• Please allow 2 – 4 business days for your tracking information to update, as it may take time for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

Shipping Areas & Restrictions

Currently, Birrenco does not ship to the following locations:

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO/FPO military addresses
• Countries with shipping restrictions due to international regulations

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

• Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses
• Additional charges incurred due to reshipping
• Packages returned to sender due to incomplete or wrong address
